Research On The Key Issues Of Zhongtian Green Quality Steel Project Management

Green engineering project management is to integrate the concept of green management into the project management on the basis of meeting the requirements of all aspects in the project construction process,so as to realize the "environmental protection,energy saving,emission reduction and efficiency in the production and operation of the project,and help the sustainable development of enterprises.However,in the actual process of management,due to external factors such as policy and economic changes,internal factors such as project staff cognition and differentiation of comprehensive quality of management personnel,and imperfect system construction,there are some problems in the implementation of green engineering project management.Such problems will not only cause chaos in the project management process and cause huge losses to the interests of enterprises,but also have a significant impact on the sustainable development of enterprises.How to find out the key problems and deal with them effectively becomes the basis for ensuring the implementation of green engineering project management.This paper takes the first phase of Zhongtian Green quality steel project as the research object.On the premise of analyzing the current situation of green management and project management at home and abroad,according to the green management theory and green project management,the internal and external factors affecting the implementation of green engineering project management are determined.On this basis,the expert interview method was used to analyze the composition of the influencing factors of the key problems of the management of Zhongtian Green fine steel project,and the questionnaire was designed to sample and collect the specific questions.The regression model is constructed by principal component analysis,screening the principal component factors affecting the implementation of Zhongtian green fine steel project management,and re-interpreting them to determine the causes of the key problems.It found out the key problems in the project management of Zhongtian Green Quality steel,such as project managers and employees’ lack of awareness of sudden safety accidents is not comprehensive,the system and mechanism are not perfect,the lack of social responsibility performance of the project,and little social benefits.By effectively improving the project employees’ cognition and understanding of the green management concept,improving the comprehensive quality of the project process management and grass-roots management personnel,and improving the emergency prevention and control measures and system,the occurrence of key problems in the green engineering project management can be effectively prevented.In addition,we should give full play to the functions of social organizations,better fulfill their social responsibilities,establish the image of public welfare enterprises,promote the construction of a new government-enterprise relationship,obtain more social benefits,and comprehensively promote the effective implementation of green engineering project management from the social level.
