With the progress of society and the development of high technology,human beings have entered the era of knowledge economy-the era of talent competition.In such a fierce competitive environment,how to give full play to people’s subjective initiative to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an urgent and key issue to be confronted;Which also puts forward higher requirements for the development and management of human resources in enterprises.It is crucial for enterprises to pay close attention to the cultivation and excavation of employees’ ability and strive to build a comprehensive and high-quality talents team that can meet the needs of enterprise development,as well as establish and improve the talents cultivation system according to the characteristics of enterprise development.The thesis takes TJ Electric Power Company as the sample to explore ways of constructing talents cultivation system in Large electric enterprise,which based on the theory of project management and human resources management,combining with the current background and new requirements of electric talents cultivation,According to the five processes of project management(start,plan,implement,control and finish),the thesis carries out specific analysis and research on enterprise talents cultivation,makes talents cultivation plan and forms enterprise talents cultivation system.The research builds a “systematic,networked,nodal and lean”talents cultivation model with the core of “comprehensive cultivation,differential development,key training,demonstration and guidance”,which meets the needs of enterprises and employees’ personal development,grasps the law of employees’ growth and based on the theory of project management.The model makes plan for the employees’ growth path as a whole and divides the cultivation progress according to the nodes,transporting talents to corresponding posts accurately,which provides strong support for enterprise’s renewable breakthrough and transformational development,and builds an effective platform for employees to pursue their own growth,creating an ecological environment for the common development of employees and enterprises.By applying in author’s company,the model is proved to be scientific and effective in constructing talents cultivation system,the effect of talent training is remarkable,outstanding talents stand out.
