For the power grid enterprises,expand the business diversification with the enterprise strategic objectives as the guidance,taking the strategic goal of the enterprise as the guidance and taking into account the personal development needs of the employees,It is imperative to develop the "expert" of the management of power grid enterprise talents.Improving the training system of reserve talents based on the competency model is an important link for the enterprises to carry out the training of the reserve personnel for high quality managers.In this study,by investigating the present situation of the training of the reserve personnel of the national Power Grid Corp managers,analyzing the existing problems,putting forward the plans to be solved to solve the problems existing in the training of reserve talents for power grid enterprises with the help of the competency model.In order to achieve the goal of improving the training system for power grid enterprise managers and optimizing the allocation of human resources in power grid enterprises.The main research methods used in this paper are literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,expert group discussion,model method,data analysis and so on.The competency is initially established by deductive and restricted options.Combined with questionnaires,expert group discussions and qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods,we can verify competency and its structure,establish weight index according to importance degree,and finally build competency model.The selection and evaluation system of reserve personnel for managers is constructed,a training course for the manager of the reserve personnel is designed,the training program for the reserve personnel of the managers is formulated with the help of the matching degree of competency model.The competency model provides an important selection and training standard for the training of the manager reserve talents,evaluates the matching degree of the competence of management posts and the level of management potential,selects manager reserve talents who are really suitable for power grid enterprises.The construction of management post competency model plays a good guidance and evaluation role for the training process of power grid enterprise managers,which helps to improve the quality and efficiency of the training of manager reserve talents,provides scientific and quantitative selection,training and assessment standards for the management of reserve personnel training.Through the in-depth research on the training of managers' reserve talents,it provides a rich theoretical basis for the classified training of reserve talents in power enterprises including state-owned enterprises.
