| With the development of modern market economy,enterprise competition has shifted from market,business,and other aspects to human resource competition.The construction industry has played an important role in the development of China’s industrial economy,but most small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China still have many shortcomings in human resource planning.As one of the small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China,QDSY construction enterprise still faces urgent problems in human resource management and planning.Therefore,how to properly address the potential drawbacks of enterprise human resources,strengthen enterprise human resource management,and promote stable and rapid development of the enterprise is currently an urgent problem that QDSY construction enterprises need to solve.Based on this,this article takes the human resource planning of QDSY construction enterprise as the research objective,investigates the human resource environment of the enterprise,and summarizes some problems in human resource planning,focusing on unclear positioning of human resource planning,lack of strategic core talent cultivation and reserve planning,unreasonable talent supply and demand prediction plan,incomplete supporting service measures,and insufficient employee incentive mechanism.On the basis of problem research,this article establishes the human resources strategic planning and design process,planning principles,and specific plans for QDSY construction enterprises.The main use of proportional analysis and Markov prediction models is to predict the company’s human resources demand and supply.On this basis,adjustments have been made to the four modules of talent recruitment planning,employee training,salary performance and incentive planning,and personnel promotion and development planning in response to the potential problems in the human resources of QDSY construction enterprises.Based on the above human resource planning scheme design,the article further explains the specific guarantee measures from the institutional level,information management level,and corporate culture level,with the aim of ensuring the smooth implementation of the human resource standardization scheme.In this paper,the human resource system of QDSY construction enterprise is studied,and then the human resource planning scheme of QDSY construction enterprise is constructed.The scheme can not only improve the human resource management level of QDSY construction enterprise,but also provide reference for other construction enterprises to solve similar problems. |
