| Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China’s social economy,the people’s overall living standard has been continuously improved,and their attention to their own health has increased,accompanied by a sharp increase in the demand for medical facilities.Therefore,the number of newly built and renovated hospitals in various regions has increased rapidly in recent 20 years.Scholars at home and abroad have made researches on medical buildings in various aspects,such as the research on healing environment and streamline organization mode of medical buildings.Because of the high standards and high security requirements of medical buildings,and the related research on green hospitals with energy saving and emission reduction is less,it is necessary to study green hospitals.At the same time,the spatial organization of the hospital in the medical street mode can well meet the functional needs and expansion needs of the hospital,and at the same time meet the physical and mental needs of doctors and patients.At the same time,as a major energy consumer,medical buildings should ensure the intensive energy consumption through refined design while meeting the functional and technical requirements.Therefore,hospital buildings should adopt passive energy-saving strategies to a certain extent,and try to replace high-tech and high-energy consumption means with low-tech means.Medical buildings have fine operation space in natural ventilation.Therefore,fine design and fine management of natural ventilation can not only ensure the high security requirements of medical buildings,but also improve the energy saving and comfort experience.Based on the principle of natural ventilation,this paper takes the medical street model hospital as the main research object,firstly combs the existing research and basic theory,and analyzes the architectural design code in hot summer and cold winter areas;Secondly,50 medical street model hospitals nationwide are sorted out,and detailed data analysis is carried out.Based on morphological matrix,the existing hospital medical street construction models are classified into five categories,and standard model establishment and simulation analysis are carried out.Then,wind environment simulation analysis is carried out through medical street length and medical street profile form,and better design forms of medical street hospitals in hot summer and cold winter areas are sorted out.Then match the construction mode of medical street to the actual case for simulation research and evaluation feedback research,and simulate the natural ventilation of medical street in 16 wind directions under different working conditions in transition season for simulation evaluation and horizontal comparison;Finally,according to the simulation research,practical application is carried out,and simulation evaluation is carried out through practical projects,and suggestions for natural ventilation are put forward,and theoretical research is fed back.Through case summary,simulation analysis,feedback research and practical application,this paper analyzes and simulates the construction mode and detailed design strategy of medical street,which is more suitable for hot summer and cold winter areas,and provides design basis and natural ventilation strategy in transitional season for the design of green hospitals in this area. |
