Hot summer and cold winter region don’t belong to central heating areas from thebuilding thermal design partition. However, With the improvement of people’s livinglevel and the economic income. People began to have the demand for heating. In thiscontext, the phenomenon of all flowers blossom together and all schools’ thoughtcontention on heating mode has appeared in these regions. How to solve the conflictbetween the growing heating energy consumption and the increaseing indoor thermalcomfort requirements? Choose a best way of heating is the key to solve thiscontradiction.In order to solve this problem,we have three questions: the first one iswhich heating mode is better to use as comparison object when there are manydifferent kinds of heating mode in hot summer and cold winter region. The second oneis how to define the indoor design temperature of heating building under specificenvironmental conditions and living habits of the hot summer and cold winter area.Thethird one is how to unify the evaluation index and figure out the comprehensiveevaluation value when there are many factors which affect the heating pattern choiceand various factors also exist mutual influence relations.Facing these problem, the paper selected four typical city in hot summer and coldwinter area,that is Chengdu,Wuhan,Nanchang,Hefei.And conducted the research andtesting for a month. The sample number of residential buildings is up to474,the gotthe first hand large sample data. Through the statistical analysis of the data,the authorobtain the four most common heating methods in the area,that is the common doublestandard split air conditioner, cogeneration for central heating,underwater source heatpump and household gas boiler, and had the four heating modes as evaluation object. About determining the indoor design temperature,the research group visited253households and obtained244effective sample datas through the questionnaireinvestigation form and objective test. Survey questionnaire was based on professorFanger seven thermal sensation scale for subjective evaluation, and through anobjective test for indoor temperature and humidity, wind velocity, wall temperature tocalculation theory PMV. Using statistical analysis method to research results.According to the ISO7730standards and china comfort standard "moderate thermalenvironment PMV and PPD index measurement and thermal comfort conditions", theauthor can limit the indoor comfort temperature to obtain indoor neutral temperatureand indoor design temperature. In the energy saving principle,there is a regulation thatthe temperature of indoor environment in winter is lower than the temperature meatingcomfort conditions. In this paper, choose lower temperature14.83℃that the nationalstandard ISO7730recommends as indoor design temperature.In order to solve the third problem,we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation toassess. First,we design the target architecture and calculate the hourly load changes inheating season using dynamic load calculation DeST-h software;Then compare thecalculation of the common heating mode from the energy consumption, economy andenvironmental protection three aspects as the three indicators comprehensiveevaluation;Finally get the comprehensive optimization. According to fuzzycomprehensive evaluation results of fuzzy, four kinds of heating methods have thesame degree of comprehensive ranking: Cogeneration>water source heat pump>gashanging stove>ordinary air-conditioning. |
