Research And Application Of The Schedule Management Of The Machine Vision Project In The Company HC

Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering is one of the five major projects under China’s Smart Manufacturing 2025.Machine vision,as a basic data collection and image processing technology,has become an inseparable part of intelligent manufacturing.However,in the current domestic machine vision industry,most of the research is for machine vision algorithm processing,and for the practical application of machine vision research is very few.With the concept of project schedule management gradually deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the progress management of machine vision project is imminent,because it can monitor the project time,cost and quality,and improve the success rate of the project.This paper takes the machine vision project of HC Company as the research object.According to the current machine vision project schedule management process,combined with the current situation of machine vision project schedule management and some past machine vision projects,analysis of the existing problems,find the cause of the problem,and deeply explore the problem of the project schedule management process of machine vision to improve it.At the same time,the critical path method and critical chain project management method are proposed to further optimize the machine vision schedule management.Finally,for the purpose of optimizing and improving project schedule management,the latest process and scheme are applied in JK machine vision project to verify the effectiveness of its schedule management.Through the optimization and improvement of the machine vision project,the JK machine vision project is completed on schedule within the planned time,which shows that the optimization of machine vision schedule management is effective.In this paper,project requirements,design review and training activities are added to the project to effectively reduce the delay of the machine vision project.In addition,the critical path method and critical chain project management method can improve the progress management of machine vision project,which also provides a reference for other similar projects.
