Improvement Research On Several Problems In Vehicle Design Process In Z Group

At present,most of the domestic brand vehicle factories have the problems of backward technology,low quality and low management efficiency.Based on the analysis and research of Z group’s vehicle design cases in recent years,combined with the advanced development process of world-class automobile factory,this paper analyzes and summarizes several key problems existing in the vehicle development process of Z group,studies and puts forward corresponding improvement schemes.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed improvement scheme is verified by the demonstration practice of project B and the electronic and electronic department.In the aspect of parts suppliers,this paper mainly studies how to establish the target cost of the project scientifically,and reduce the total cost of vehicle development by establishing excellent supply chain management and other methods.In terms of design resources and knowledge sharing,this paper mainly studies how to scientifically optimize the product design cycle,and how to optimize the workload of each engineer to ensure the continuous improvement of product design quality;through the research and establishment of technical scheme library and patent system,the efficiency and quality of vehicle design can be improved.In the aspect of Supplier Collaborative development management,it studies and optimizes the Supplier Collaborative Development Management rating system of Z group,improves the cooperation degree of Supplier Collaborative development,and ensures the institutionalized collaborative communication with suppliers;the implementation of technical assistance policy for suppliers with slightly poor development ability improves the development and management ability of each supplier,and also improves the overall integration of Z group Develop capabilities.According to the whole process of vehicle development,the evaluation system of vehicle design capability is established scientifically,the problems existing in the design process of each project group are accurately identified,and the corresponding improvement direction is determined scientifically.
