Research On Value Optimization Of Smart Substation Based On Full Life Cycle Management

With the maturity and dissemination of smart grid technology, smart substation has become inevitable trend for the substation development with its unique advantage. As electric enterprise of substation manager, managing the smart substation well and playing its value to the best will be directly related to the sustainable and steady development of national grid company, guaranteeing peace of people’s life and steady growth of national economy.The article is taking smart substation as research target. With the theory of value optimization, it analyzes the structure of smart substation, the main contents of which includes market value, capital value and technological innovative value of smart substation, staff skills quality value, corporation image and clients experience value, and reference to methods of value management. In order to better make the effect of value optimization, this article analyzes by value elements of smart substation, through the whole life cycle theory. Thus a value model of the whole life cycle of smart substation is made. From the perspective of scientific development and management, the author strives to take the value model as research target, which includes profit of transmission electric energy of smart substation, initial capital fee of smart substation, operation and maintenance fee and power failure loss fee. During the whole life cycle of smart substation, with the methods of grey systematic theory, it uses historical data to seek for empirical distribution function, a relative mathematic model is made with its solving method, integrating organic parts and forming complete value model of the whole life cycle of smart substation. In order to present the effect of management optimization, it introduces variable of management optimization within controlled factors in the value model of the whole life cycle, then making a model of value optimization of smart substation. This model provides solving methods to phenomenon in the past management that focusing on qualitative research instead of quantitative research and attaching importance to statistics rather analysis. It pays attention to do close research in term of dynamic model of the whole life cycle value of smart substation. With the usage of the whole life cycle management theory and value optimization management, it adjusts the existed problems in the process of working and plays the value to the best.At last, through the checking calculation of examples, it analyzes the strategy of value optimization.
