With the emergence of the world energy crisis,new energy vehicle enterprises are paying more and more attention to improving the R&D quality of electric vehicle brake system.As a newly established new energy vehicle enterprise,one of the important ways for Company N to surpass other peers as soon as possible is to develop and improve the R&D quality of its brake system.The department where the author works is committed to the R&D of the brake system of Company N.From the perspective of the department,improving the quality management of the R&D of the brake system is an effective way to promote the overall development of Company N at present.This thesis introduces the whole vehicle development process of Company N,analyzes the current situation of brake system development quality management and finds out the existing problems.It puts forward countermeasures on optimizing the R&D quality management of brake system from three aspects: R&D quality planning,R&D quality control and continuous improvement of R&D quality.In terms of quality planning,the implementation of DFMEA is optimized and improved,QFD and DFMEA are integrated,DFMEA analysis documents are linked with R&D activities,and the quality management priorities are defined in each stage of R&D;In terms of quality control,a graded evaluation system is formulated to carry out quality control on valve deliverables,PDCA management method and dynamic update of DFMEA are introduced,quality problem management process is optimized,and horizontal expansion and closed-loop management of quality problems are realized.At the same time,the brake department is optimized in terms of post and division of responsibilities to improve the construction of quality management system.In the aspect of continuous quality improvement,the improvement effect of quality planning and quality control is verified and analyzed,and the knowledge management mechanism and failure mode database are established and used as the data basis for continuous quality improvement.Through continuous learning and accumulation,the overall R&D capability of the brake department is promoted to spiral up.From the research on the improvement of the R&D quality of N Company’s brake system,this thesis proves the effectiveness of methods for the implemented R&D quality improvement.The research results are expected to have certain reference significance for improving the R&D quality of other system modules in vehicle enterprises.
