| In recent years the development of rail transit in our country has made great achievements,the construction of the rail loop line has become a hot topic of many cities in the construction of the orbit,but the construction of rail transit circle requires a lot of money,not only because the line construction has irreversibility will also produce a great impact on the urban traffic development of the future,to avoid blind phenomenon,clearly cognitive track loop role in cities is a priority.This article through to the domestic and foreign urban rail transit loop of the existing built summarize experience,as a typical case analysis,selection of Tokyo urban rail loop and interactive relationship of spatial organization and interaction,analysis of mature loop and the development of city space organization mode,and then sums up the track loop on the mechanism of action of spatial organization,build rail loop and space organization two sub-systems of the target to establish the evaluation system of the coupling,and finally to the empirical analysis of Tianjin.First of all,the analysis of "urban rail" and "urban space",the interaction between two sub-systems with think between the two through advanced system development lag system development stage,low coupling,the running-in stage of rivalry,high coupling phase four coupling interaction development stage,which can be subdivided into "rail network to interact with the urban space structure","circle along the line and the urban section interaction" and "loop sites and the land surrounding the station" three macro,meso and micro perspective interaction analysis,the macro interaction for the rail network development is a necessary condition for the evolution of urban space Moreover,the rail network and urban spatial structure present the characteristics of phase coupling.The interaction law of meso is the coupling urban function of line transport capacity,which ADAPTS to the needs of urban development.Moreover,the loop can form a bead-like circular corridor,and the development interface of the city inside and outside the loop can be differentiated.The micro-interaction law is a circular traffic hub site is highly coupled with functional important sites and topological important sites,and a circular three-dimensional development mode with different intensity is formed around each level of the site.Secondly,it is proposed that the action factor of loop line is the annular beaded corridor formed by the tandem of track nodes,stations and station areas with topology,traffic and function.Loop macro-medium-the mechanism of action of microcosmic respectively upgrade for the inside of a circle to external expansion and ascension "accessibility" boot space structure,growth and reconstructing loop structure,traffic,functional coupling form a circular bead string along the interface drive type development,loop site coupling city public center node and place city of TOD stood together.According to the function mode of "circular station-urban land-spatial structure",the theoretical framework and evaluation system of dual system coupling are established.According to the mechanism of action,a dual-system evaluation index was proposed,and a macro-meso-micro-coupling evaluation system was proposed based on entropy method,TOPSIS and node-site model.Finally,the selection of Tianjin city space and the demonstration analysis on the development of rail transit,the Tianjin 5 and 6 combined to evaluate the function of the loop,found that the construction of the rail loop on the structure of the urban rail network internal encryption function,reduces the network diameter and average travel path,reduce passenger rail travel choice in distance,but the level of Tianjin city rail line network is small,can’t meet the demand of the development of urban spatial structure,loop lines surrounding land use function structure is not clear,failed to form a loop agglomeration development circular corridor,site surrounding land use development level homogenization,cannot form a circle.Based on the above development problems,optimization strategies are proposed at the overall planning level,land distribution level,construction intensity level and site development level. |
