Evaluation And Optimization Of Hospital Traffic Organization

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s market economy and population,the construction and scale of hospitals are gradually expanding.As the highest level of medical and health service level in the country,the traffic flow of tertiary hospitals is far greater than that of other high-level hospitals.Therefore,the traffic problem of hospitals has become a hot spot of people’s attention.At present,the hospital follows the patient-oriented principle,and needs to pay more attention to the feelings of users.Understanding the hospital traffic space organization from the perspective of users becomes the future development direction.This paper takes the traffic organization of the top three hospitals in Southern Hebei Province as the research object,and divides the research into five chapters,according to the four stages of putting forward problems,analyzing problems,solving problems and putting forward optimization strategies.The first stage: put forward the problem stage,to understand the traffic situation of the top three hospitals in Southern Hebei,to consult the relevant hospital traffic research,to summarize the results,to determine the feasibility of the point of view through field survey,questionnaire survey and interviews.The second stage: the problem analysis stage,based on the hospital traffic organization theory,spatial cognition theory and post use evaluation theory,the evaluation system of hospital traffic organization spatial influencing factors was constructed.The third stage: the problemsolving stage,select the top three hospitals in Southern Hebei Province as the research object,through the mathematical statistics software to analyze the correlation of the influencing factors of the hospital traffic organization space,according to the results of the confirmatory analysis in the structural equation model,respectively analyze the influencing factors of the hospital building internal and external traffic organization space.And use the satisfaction index measurement score method to weight the influencing factors,calculate the satisfaction value of each index,analyze the relationship between satisfaction and importance,and get the influencing factors that need to be optimized.The fourth stage: the optimization strategy stage,respectively put forward the optimization strategy for the internal and external traffic organization of the hospital building.The external traffic is optimized from the parking path,looking for the shortest path of each free parking space,so as to determine the best parking space in the parking lot;the internal traffic is proposed from the three aspects of internal identification,rest space and reasonable planning flow line,which are in line with the requirements of the top three hospitals in Southern Hebei The optimization strategy of traffic organization space.This paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,factor analysis and case study to study the traffic organization space of the top three hospitals in Southern Hebei Province.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,it provides a strong reference and theoretical support for the hospital traffic organization,and has a certain practical significance for the optimization of the internal and external traffic organization of the hospital.
