Organization Optimization Design Of Phase Ⅰ Project Of Taizhou City Railway Line S1

The first phase of the S1 line of the Taizhou Municipal Railway has complex and systematic characteristics in terms of engineering features,and internally adopted multiple parallel construction methods such as railway line construction projects,railway tunnel construction projects,and railway bridge construction projects.However,Judging from the current organization of Taizhou regional railway projects,there are still many problems such as the lack of organizations and responsibilities that balance resources,the lack of organizations and responsibilities that promote technology sharing and improvement,unequal rights and responsibilities,unclear centralization and authorization affecting decision-making,and it is difficult to control multiple projects.Parallel development provides strong support,which is not conducive to the completion of the Taizhou regional railway project.Therefore,it is necessary to study the construction organization of the project to ensure its smooth completion.This article takes the Taizhou regional railway project as the research object.First,it analyzes the current status of the project organization and the existing problems.Based on the analysis results,combined with the project organization design theory,two sets of organizational structure design schemes are proposed;secondly,in the systematic principle Under the guidance of five major principles,including the guiding principles of organization theory,combined with the actual situation of the railway project in Taizhou City,the indicators are selected to construct the evaluation index system of the project organization structure,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight and calculate the evaluation by constructing the judgment matrix and the sum product method.The score step evaluates the two sets of proposed project organization optimization design schemes and the status quo of the project organization.The results show that the project organization optimization design scheme proposed in this article is more conducive to the development of the project;finally,this article is based on the evaluation results and combined with the optimization.The project organization structure and project organization goals of the project,proposed to adopt a contract-based project organization driving mechanism,and then used the "three-level decomposition of department responsibilities" method to write the department responsibilities statement,and proposed corresponding safeguard measures.
