With the continuous development of urban rail transit,technology has grown rapidly from driver manual driving to fully automatic signal system control.The change of train operation mode also causes the risk factor to change.Urban rail transit accidents often have the characteristics of a wide range of influence,high accident injury rate,large economic losses,and the subway system with the most important organization,so in the process of subway operation,traffic safety should be paid attention to.Jinan Metro Line 2,as the first fully automatic line opened for operation in Shandong Province,is different from the traditional non-automatic line in many aspects such as personnel,equipment and facilities,management and technology,and the safety factors affecting the risk of driving organization are also increasing.This paper takes the driving organization risk of Jinan Metro automatic line as the research object,screens the influencing factors,constructs the corresponding evaluation index system,and comprehensively evaluates the influencing factors of the driving organization risk of Jinan Metro automatic line and puts forward the risk coping strategy.The specific research is as follows:(1)This paper adopts the grounded theory method to conduct in-depth interviews with relevant practitioners of different metro companies and positions and collect relevant literature data for three-level coding analysis to identify the risk influencing factors,build a theoretical model of the risk influencing factors of Jinan Metro automatic line,and carry out theoretical saturation test to confirm that all the conceptual categories obtained have been included.And there are no new logical or causal relationships between related genera.(2)After the theoretical model of driving organization risk factors of Jinan Metro automatic line was obtained by grounded theory,the corresponding risk evaluation index system was established first according to the form of expert questionnaire survey,and then the index weight of each influencing factor was obtained through analytic hierarchy process,and the consistency test of discriminant matrix was conducted.Finally,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to comprehensively analyze each index,determine the factor set of evaluation,establish the fuzzy evaluation matrix,and get the influence degree of each influencing factor on the operating organization of Jinan metro automatic line.(3)According to the relevant data collected by the grounded theory method,the risk evaluation index system of the operating organization of Jinan Metro automatic line and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,the corresponding coping strategies for each risk influencing factor are proposed.In this paper,based on the grounded theoretical analysis of the operating organization risk of Jinan Metro automatic line,a comprehensive in-depth mining of the influencing factors,the establishment of a suitable evaluation index system,and finally through a comprehensive analysis of the operating organization risk response strategy of Jinan Metro automatic line.It provides a certain reference value for the risk management of running organization of Jinan Metro automatic line and the risk management of running organization of automatic line in the future.However,in view of the short opening time of Jinan Metro automatic line,relevant data collected need to be further supplemented.Future research will further optimize the evaluation index system and risk coping strategy according to the continuous improvement of data.
