The sales demonstration area is a new type of building that has emerged with the rapid development of my country’s real estate industry.As the sales and display of special commodities,it has changed rapidly under the promotion of the development of the real estate industry.People’s understanding and demand for real estate sales Changes have taken place,hoping to reflect the product concept and sense of quality in the concentrated space of the sales demonstration area.At present,the sales demonstration area is blooming everywhere,with a dazzling array of diverse styles.Despite its diverse forms,the organization and design of its space and movement lines are rule-based.The organization of space and circulation is not only an important focus in the design,but also a highlight of the sales demonstration area,thereby enhancing the marketing role of the sales demonstration area.How to achieve the purpose of space product sales through the display of space and its atmosphere has become an important issue that real estate developers have tried in recent years.This thesis focuses on the organization of spatial circulation in the sales demonstration area.Chapters 2 to 5 are the main body of the article.The second chapter combs the development history of the sales demonstration area,and divides the development history of the sales demonstration area into five stages:the budding period,the embryonic period,the growth period,the adjustment period and the mature period,and explain the reasons behind the development.It also predicts the four trends of its development: brand standardization,compositeization,“net redization”,and digitization.The functional composition of the sales demonstration area is described,and the factors affecting the spatial movement of the sales demonstration area are analyzed.The third chapter conducts a field investigation on the typical sales demonstration areas of different spatial types in Hefei,and analyzes the characteristics of their spaces and circulation in detail.The fourth chapter is based on the previous article,combined with a large number of network cases,summarizes and summarizes the types,spatial relationships and organizational models of the existing sales demonstration areas,and the design models of movement lines.In order to provide ideas for the design of the future sales demonstration area.Finally,based on the two actual projects that the author participated in,according to the specific situation and problems,a suitable solution strategy was proposed,and the design method summarized and summarized was confirmed.
