The construction and development of the countryside is the national plan,and it is the foundation of the lives of hundreds of millions of people.In April 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important instruction,emphasizing that “combining the implementation of the three-year action plan for the improvement of the rural human settlement environment and the rural revitalization strategy,we will further promote Zhejiang ’s good practices and build a beautiful ecological and livable village.” At present,the relevant domestic research is mainly from the planning level of rural revitalization,or from the perspective of building an urban-rural ecological network system.Few studies at the middle and micro levels involving rural greening transformation,and lack of a scientific and complete evaluation System to guide the construction of rural infrastructure.Based on the background of beautiful and livable rural construction,this paper firstly clarifies that the research on greening rural infrastructure is the ecological transformation of infrastructure engineering in the green infrastructure theory.This research direction extends from the theory of urban to rural and explores this theory in rural areas.Applicability.Then,taking livable villages in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the main body of research,combing relevant theories,using expert survey methods,and analytic hierarchy process,a comprehensive evaluation system of livable rural infrastructure was constructed.Finally,taking Banbiandian Village in Weishan Town,Daxing District,Beijing as an example,the system is used to evaluate the effectiveness of its infrastructure,analyze the problems in its use,propose green renovation strategies,and complete the special design of green renovation in Banbizian Village..This article,s main research conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the previous theoretical research,based on the National Development and Reform Commission’s definition of rural infrastructure,combined with the keyword frequency data in the field visit survey,the rural infrastructure is summarized from the three categories of production,living and ecological environment construction using the analytic hierarchy process Evaluation factors,and the weights of evaluation indicators at all levels were determined by the expert scoring method,and finally a green evaluation system for rural infrastructure was constructed.(2)The Likert scale method was used to investigate the user’s satisfaction with the infrastructure construction of Banbiandian Village,and the comprehensive evaluation result was 3.70 points,which was at E4(general preference level,3.5 <Xn≤4.5).Owing to the evaluation results,a sub-evaluation analysis is carried out to summarize the outstanding problems of various types of infrastructure,with a view to providing reference for the same type of rural ecological transformation and environmental landscape design.(3)Aiming at the problems existing in the infrastructure construction of Banbidian Village,the green renovation strategy of the village is proposed from five aspects: river ecological restoration,road facility green transformation,ecological toilet,sewage treatment,and rainwater flood control and storage,with a view to the construction At the same time as the ecological demonstration Banbiandian Village,it will also promote and guide the green transformation of other livable villages in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
