In recent years,with the continuous expansion of China's urban construction scale,projects such as newly built houses,urban village reconstruction,and old residential district reconstruction present a spurt of growth.Urban village reconstruction has gradually become an important part of urban construction management and improvement of people's livelihood.As the capital city of shandong province,jinan has put forward the goal of "building four centers and constructing modern spring city" in recent years.The urban construction has been further accelerated.The renovation of shanty buildings and old buildings has become an important part of the construction of spring city.For residential construction projects,a large number of resources are required in the construction and operation process,such as land,various building materials and various mechanical equipment required by the project construction.In addition,water,electricity,heat and other energy are consumed in the operation stage.China is a country with high energy consumption,and the energy consumption of buildings is also increasing year by year.At present,the energy consumption of China's construction industry has reached more than 40%.Up to now,there are about 40 billion square meters of buildings in China,and the annual growth rate is 2 billion square meters.Almost all existing buildings are energy-consuming buildings,and 95%of the new buildings are energy-consuming,especially in northern China.In the face of the high energy consumption of urban buildings,it is of more realistic significance to improve the energy conservation design standards and reduce the energy consumption of buildings.As an urban village reconstruction project,the main body of construction is the government platform,which undertakes the task of resettlement,and should also become the wind vane of industry policy.The huge scale of urban village reconstruction project makes it an opportunity to reduce China's building energy consumption.Based on this background,this paper takes the WJC resettlement housing project as an example to evaluate the green and energy-saving design of its urban village reconstruction project.(2)construction of green and energy-saving design evaluation index system for WJC urban village reconstruction project;(3)comprehensive evaluation of green and energy-saving design of WJC urban village reconstruction project;(4)analyze the causes of existing problems in green energy saving design of urban village reconstruction project,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The research of this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)in this article,through more than 30 experts for WJC village renovation project green energy-saving design,then on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the method of comprehensive evaluation was carried out,the results showed that WJC village renovation project green energy-saving design evaluation index layer,criterion layer and the comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation results are "E3" class,is the general.(2)The main reasons for the poor evaluation results of green energy saving design of urban village reconstruction projects include imperfect formulation of green energy saving standards,poor operability,low level of design and management of urban village reconstruction projects,lack of design standardization,and weak awareness of green energy saving of relevant parties.(3)in order to promote the green energy conservation design of urban village reconstruction projects,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures:improve the mandatory standard of green energy conservation design,and publicize and implement it;Mandatory green and energy-saving design management for urban village reconstruction projects;Purchase management services and introduce professional management team;Green energy requirements into the bidding.Through the research of this paper,on the one hand,it can be a reference for the energy-saving design of urban village reconstruction project;on the other hand,it can also provide some guidance for the evaluation of building energy-saving design,which has strong practical significance.At the same time,this paper takes urban village reconstruction project as the research object,which can also make up for the deficiency of existing research and has certain theoretical significance.
