In July 2020,the General Office of the State Council issued the Implementation Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Transformation of Old Urban Communities,which proposes: Focus on the transformation of old residential areas before the end of 2000,and promote the establishment of safe,healthy,well-equipped,and orderly management of complete residential communities.This document pushes the transformation of old residential areas to a new height and fully reflects the importance attached to the lives of the people.As a long-term rectification campaign,the transformation of old urban communities should continue to deepen its connotation with the development of the times.The rectification work of suzhou old new villages has gone through more than ten years,and it is at the forefront of the country in terms of time,efficiency and rectification level,and it is brave to be the vanguard of the renovation of old residential areas.Therefore,according to the post-evaluation method,the study and discussion of the experience and shortcomings of the improvement of the old and new villages in Suzhou has very important practical significance and application value,and has a high reference value for the old new villages and old residential areas that will be rectified soon.On the basis of combing the post-evaluation at home and abroad,the relevant theoretical research and practice of the old and new villages,this study summarizes the effectiveness and shortcomings of the improvement of the old and new villages,constructs the post-evaluation system of the improvement of the old and new villages in Suzhou,and studies the experiences and lessons in the improvement of the old and new villages in Suzhou by selecting typical cases,and proposes the optimization strategy.This study focuses on the establishment of a post-evaluation system for the improvement of the old and new villages in Suzhou,evaluates the effectiveness of the remediation of empirical cases,and analyzes the experience and lessons of the remediation plan.In accordance with the spirit of attaching importance to public participation and longterm management proposed in the national documents,according to the hierarchical analysis method,a post-evaluation system for the rectification and upgrading of the old new villages that have been rectified is established,and the system emphasizes the analysis of the rectification process,the effectiveness of the rectification and the problems of the rectification,and then combines the national documents,academic research,and the suzhou old and new village rectification project to set up three standard indicators of social participation,rectification and improvement,and sustainability,based on these three indicators,to carry out detailed research.The post-evaluation system is divided into four levels,the core level is the rectification effect of Suzhou Old New Village;the second level is social participation,rectification and improvement,and sustainability;the third level is refined into 9 indicators in the second level of indicators,and the fourth level is the disassembly of the third level indicators,which contains a total of 24 index values;through the comparative analysis of several kinds of index assignment methods,combined with the post-evaluation system constructed by this study,the final analysis of hierarchy method and Delphi method are used for index assignment In view of the fact that this research project adopts the satisfaction evaluation method to evaluate the improvement effect of the improvement of the old and new villages,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to measure the comprehensive improvement effect of the old and new villages in Suzhou.Combined with the measurement results of various indicators and on-site investigation and inquiry,the improvement work of the old and new villages was analyzed.Through the analysis of the effectiveness of the renovation of the old and new villages,combined with the relevant analysis of the second village of Caixiang,the optimization strategy is proposed for the many detailed contents of social participation,improvement and sustainability,so as to provide guidance for the follow-up improvement of the old and new villages.
