Study On Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Green Commercial Buildings In Hunan

In recent years,Green buildings in China are gradually moving towards a stage of high-quality development.With the vigorous promotion of domestic green building policies,the number of green building evaluation projects has been significantly improved,however,as an important part of the whole life cycle of green buildings,the operation phase has been neglected,and the actual operational effect of green building is also not perceived by people.At the same time,the research of green building post-occupancy evaluation is still in the primary stage in China,and the research on post-occupancy evaluation of various building types is insufficient.Therefore,a set of reasonable and targeted green building operation evaluation system is urgently needed to determine the operation effect of green building,so as to promote the high-quality development of green building.So this paper focuses on the post-occupancy evaluation of green commercial buildings,and five cases of green commercial buildings in Hunan Province were selected for in-depth investigation.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the post-evaluation method,Analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight-TOPSIS method were used to build a set of subjective and objective post-use evaluation model suitable for green commercial buildings.User satisfaction as a subjective index,emphasis on qualitative analysis,using analytic hierarchy process,questionnaire survey method to evaluate;Building performance,energy and resources,incremental cost,construction materials and operation management,as objective indicators,focus on quantitative analysis and use entropy weight-TOPSIS method to evaluate.Secondly,the paper selects five green commercial buildings in Hunan Province for case investigation and evaluation.For example,the post occupancy evaluation index system of green commercial buildings was screened and optimized,based on the user perception survey,combined with the characteristics of commercial buildings and the current evaluation standards of green buildings;The research projects are systematically compared and analyzed from five aspects: measurement of building performance indicators,statistical analysis of energy and water consumption,incremental cost accounting of green technology,construction materials verification and operation management investigation.Accumulates the effective data to analyze the main contradictions in the operation of green commercial buildings,and constructs the objective index database of green commercial buildings;Through the subjective and objective analysis method,the weight allocation and comprehensive evaluation results of the post occupancy evaluation system are compared and analyzed,which verifies the scientificity and feasibility of the post occupancy evaluation system.Finally,According to the results of post occupancy evaluation model,subjective questionnaire survey and the objective operation data survey,this paper summarizes the key factors affecting the operation of green commercial buildings,and providing suggestions for the design improvement strategy,optimization green technology application and evaluation criteria of green commercial buildings.The results of this paper provide useful reference value for the index construction of post occupancy evaluation system,selection of evaluation method and optimization of evaluation criterion for green commercial building,and it plays a good guiding role in the optimization design and evaluation of the implementation effect of operation for green commercial building.
