| With the development of rural industrialization and urbanization, the self-sufficient production and living conditions based on traditional agricultural production can no longer meet the needs of modern rural productivity development and high-quality life.In the context of capital, labor, technology, material of urban-rural flow, traditional villages are facing dual attachment and mutual construction of protection and development, how to effectively grasp the disturbance of urban-rural elements flow on traditional villages, reveal the internal law and development path from the evolution and reconstruction of spatial structure has become an important issue in the field of urban-rural planning. As a typical village, traditional village has more extensive and profound material and intangible cultural heritage,so the study of traditional village has become my interest. With people’s attention to history and culture, traditional villages as the bearing place of historical and cultural heritage and the spiritual home, how to protect and inherit the internal development track and order of traditional villages in the real world of market interests first is of great significance. In this paper, author choose the industrial dominant traditional villages as the research object, and Suzhou City as the regional scope of the research object. On the one hand, from the perspective of village function, considering the characteristics of industry led traditional villages which are different from agricultural and cultural tourism traditional villages,it has both the historical context of traditional agricultural development and the development momentum of modern tourism, and has a complete flow of urban and rural elements; On the other hand, from the perspective of rural regional characteristics, considering that Suzhou,as a typical representative of the southern Jiangsu model, contains a wide range of industrialization base in rural areas,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the protection and development of its traditional villages. This paper attempts to find its internal evolution and reconstruction path.In order to find the internal evolution process and reconstruction path of the industrial dominant traditional villages, this paper starts with its spatial structure, and constructs the logical framework of the evolution and reconstruction.Specifically, the evolution of the spatial structure of traditional industrial villages is the result of the interaction of specific spatial elements, and the reconstruction of spatial structure is the reflection of the evolution of spatial structure. On the one hand,we need to grasp the results and dominant trend of spatial structure evolution. On the other hand,we need to guide the organization and layout of spatial elements under certain mechanism conditions,so as to reorganize and optimize various elements,so as to make the protection and development of traditional villages more coordinated at the structural level. As for the definition of the spatial structure of the industrial dominant traditional villages, this paper analyzes the socio-economic behaviors about it,and concludes three major characteristics, namely, the production and construction behavior with rural industrial enterprises as the main body of industry, the landlord’s economic behavior brought about by urban-rural social mobility, and the inefficient utilization of industrial land and homestead.Based on these three characteristics, this paper reveals the three attributes of the industrial dominant traditional village space: the economic attribute of "factory-village" interaction caused by production and construction behavior, the social attribute of social network change triggered by urban-rural social mobility behavior, and the material attribute of land space production caused by the demands of multiple subjects, among which "production","people" and "land" are the basic spatial elements of these three attributes.Because different spatial attributes have their own multiple internal order, corresponding to different structural characteristics,so the spatial structure of the industrial dominant traditional villages is composed of three types: economic spatial structure, social spatial structure and land use structure.Based on these three types of structures, this paper analyzes the evolution of the spatial structure from the synchronic and diachronic perspectives. It is concluded that the evolution characteristics of its spatial structure are as follows: under the "factory-village" interactive order, the change of the spatial pattern of villages is reflected in the differentiation of the traditional spatial system and roads and alleys;Under the social flow order of "people",the differentiation of "leaving and entering" of village social subject;Under the order of material production, the replacement of old and new living space in traditional villages and the growth of material space led by road traffic.Based on this, the internal mechanism of spatial structure evolution is analyzed, this paper analyzes the action mechanism of these evolution characteristics, and establishes the foundation for the reconstruction of the spatial structure of the traditional villages dominated by industry,Finally,it presents a progressive analysis from the three levels of "bottom line thinking and value guidance reconstruction mode construction reconstruction realization path" to explore a sustainable planning road and regional mode for the protection and development of functional traditional villages. |
