| With the continuous expansion of the scale of engineering projects and the significant increase of project stakeholders,the project organization network structure composed of stakeholders has become more complex,and has gradually become an important factor affecting project performance.In the project construction phase,due to the temporary nature of cooperation,the parties often have biased or hostile relationships,and the information and resources within the organization network cannot be transmitted normally,which ultimately affects the project’s cost,duration and other dimensions of project performance.Therefore,in order to explore the project organization network structure that is conducive to project performance,t his paper uses social network analysis to study the information interaction between the stakeholders of the engineering project,and establishes an organization network for the information interaction of the stakeholders in the construction phase.According to the relationship between the organizational network characteristics and the project performance,the paper summarizes the key points of the construction of the project organization network,and defines the organizational network characteristics to improve the performance of the project.First,this article uses classification models to classify project participants,identifies 13 types of stakeholders.On this basis,The information exchange data between stakeholders has been captured.Then the author uses the method of truth discovery to aggregate the basic survey data,obtain the adjacency matrix of the information interaction of the stakeholders of each project.At final this paper construct and visualize the information interaction network of each project based on the adjacency matrix.Secondly,this article uses the key performance indicator method as the core method to construct the performance evaluation index system of the engineering project.Based on the five aspects of project cost,safety,schedule,quality and other scope,8 key performance indicators are obtained through secondary optimization,including the cost deviation,accident frequency,accident severity,schedule deviation,plan effectiveness,construction quality and productivity.Finally,this paper uses project completion data as the data source for project performance evaluation indicators,and uses network density,diameter,average path length,and average degree as measurement indicators to describe and calculate the characteristics of the information interaction network of stakeholders.Then the Spearman’s correlation analysis is carried out on the key performance indicators of the project and the social network measurement indicators.The analysis results show that the density,average degree,and average path length of the project organization network are closely related to performance.Based on this,the basic points of the construction of the organization network of the engineering project are sorted out,and the organization network construction suggestions that are conducive to the improvement of project performance are put forward.The research results of this paper provide instructive social network construction suggestions for management personnel at all levels of construction enterprises,and at the same time enable the sharing and standardization of organizational characteristic knowledge of construction enterprises,which is conducive to improving project performance and promoting the continuous development of industry management. |
