Research On Construction Technology Of Contemporary Rural Public Buildings In Guanzhong Area

Rural public buildings are not only the carrier of rural public life,but also an important part of Rural Revitalization policy.At present,rural public buildings are difficult to balance in economy,applicability and cultural inheritance,which makes it difficult for rural public buildings to play the role of practical use and Rural Revitalization demonstration,and objectively causes the waste of social public resources.Its root lies in that under the economic mode of urban-rural dual system development after the reform and opening up,subject to economic factors,rural construction methods and ideas are still in the adaptation stage for the industrialization of construction system.Therefore,in a short period of time in the rural economy can not be changed,it is very important to find suitable construction technology for contemporary rural public buildings.Most of the construction activities of rural public buildings have the characteristics of government leading and professional participation,and are closely connected with rural public life,which has the basis of studying rural construction methods.This paper relies on the case of dangding village community service center,which is a typical project of this kind.This paper first describes the natural geography of Guanzhong area,combined with the survey of public buildings in each village of Sufang Town,Pucheng County,combs the current construction status of rural public buildings from four aspects: the main body of construction,the selection of building materials,and the treatment of structure in the form of space,and puts forward that the contemporary rural public buildings embody the characteristics of traditional architectural aesthetic form,architectural aesthetic form,architectural style and so on According to the construction characteristics of practical rationality and blind obedience,it is found that there are some problems in contemporary rural public buildings,such as the lack of basic structure treatment of envelope structure,poor construction technology and economy,rigid building form,etc.Therefore,starting from the selection of construction materials,this paper compares the use characteristics of traditional construction materials with contemporary inappropriate factors,and analyzes its contemporary applicability based on cases.Secondly,through the review and carding of traditional structure processing methods,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the use of materials in Guanzhong rural areas,and clarifies the selection basis of construction technology under its construction concept,so as to provide the basis for the selection and exploration of construction technology in the future.Finally,starting from the selection basis of construction technology,from the two aspects of space form and construction technology,this paper puts forward the construction technology selection suitable for the contemporary construction system.Combined with the design practice of dangding village,this paper analyzes the appropriate characteristics of its construction technology,gives the optimization design combined with the specific scheme,and completes the research.This paper consists of about 75000 words and more than 150 figures and tables.
