With the change of our social population,China has entered the stage of aging of the population,and the demand for medical care and living care of the elderly is outstanding.Most of the elderly care facilities based on living care cannot meet the current generation of elderly people.New appeal.The community health service center is a medical institution that enables residents of the community to enjoy the most basic medical services and public health services.After years of development,it has gradually formed a relatively complete service network system.The combination of health care and medical care is a new model based on the current situation of separation of medical care and health care in China.This mode can allow the elderly to enjoy professional medical care and meticulous living care at the same time.How to make the community health service center take root in the community and radiate?Extensive crowds of buildings have become the carrier of the combination of medical care and support,providing new ideas for community care for the elderly,thereby alleviating the pressure of care for the elderly and the uneven distribution of medical resources.This is the purpose and significance of this study.This paper first discusses the feasibility of the integrated medical and nursing community health service center through theoretical basis and questionnaire survey.The conclusion confirms the feasibility of the integrated medical and nursing community health service center.Secondly,by reading a large amount of literature,research the domestic and foreign integrated medical and nursing basic-level elderly health service facilities,analyze and summarize its medical and nursing integration mode,and learn its advantages and experience.Provide theoretical basis.Thirdly,the 12 community health service centers in the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province were investigated on the spot to analyze the current situation of site selection,functional configuration,indoor space and outdoor environment of the community health service centers in the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province,and sum up Conditions and characteristics of transforming into a medical and nursing community health service center.The questionnaire was used to understand the elderly's preferences for the use of community health service centers and their views on the needs of medical care for the elderly.Finally,based on the above research,a combination mode of medical care and care for the day care community health service center is proposed,and the content and method of its maintenance area are explained,and it is attempted from the aspects of indoor space,outdoor environment,and functional configuration.Study design strategies with the medical district.Then the actual project of the Huohuo Community Health Service Center is used as a template to carry out the implantation and reconstruction design of the maintenance area under the mode of integrated medical care and nutrition.
