| Nowadays the development of domestic economy has come to a new stage.As the national fixed asset investment growing steadily,the economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.The construction industry,as the main growth pole that promotes economic development,is also undergoing a transition from extensive development to refined management.Traditional engineering project quality management,in face with larger and more complex project scale,shows its shortcomings of information transmission,poor communication and coordination,poor correction ability,lack of visualization,etc.Under these circumstances,BIM technology has been increasingly applied on domestic engineering projects as a mature engineering management technology based on 3D visualized architectural modeling.Based on the exploration and analysis of the pros of BIM technology and the cons of traditional methods,through theoretical analysis,empirical analysis,sample comparison,and literature research,this thesis studies the efficiency improvement that BIM technology brings to the quality management of engineering projects.First,it summarizes the concepts and theories of project quality management,analyzes the problem and its cause of traditional project quality management system,and sums up BIM technology’s features and its practical application,revealing BIM technology’s necessity in project quality management.Secondly,it established an engineering project quality management system based on BIM technology,optimized the PDCA cycle process,application of the whole process of quality control,and 4M1E management based on BIM technology.Thirdly,it constructed a project management evaluation system based on BIM technology,and took a specific project as an example to analyze the effect of BIM technology on project quality management during the implementation of the project and use the constructed evaluation system to quantify the effect of BIM technology analysis.The thesis draws the following conclusions.The application of BIM technology has significantly improved the effectiveness of design,construction,and operation in the engineering quality management,and made up for the shortcomings of traditional engineering project quality management models.However,due to the high threshold for mastering BIM technology and the different implementation standards of various industries,it takes further analysis to prevail. |
