Quality Management of Construction Programs is working to establish qualitystandards, regulations, work methods, safety protocols and laws by performingmonitoring activities, such as construction contracts, design documents. The quality ofconstruction programs affect people’s life widely, construction project quality directlyaffects the development of many industries, but also affect people’s lives, the quality isthe soul of a construction product. The quality of a construction project is not onlydetermining the suitability of the project, but also influencing the safety of People’slife and property. Poor quality of construction project may cause immeasurable lossand disastrous consequence, thus strengthen quality control, to ensure that national andpeople’s lives and property safety is the top priority of a construction projectmanagement.To ensure the construction quality management more standardized, this thesisdid alot ofliterature review and case studies, analyzed the quality-determining factors, andfound that workers, machine’s condition, materials, working methods andenvironments condition affect the program quality, finally designed a qualitymanagement system of Construction engineering under ISO9000:2000standard system,which recommend that we should change the quality control polices from inspectionafter activities to Prevention before a work begin like planning and decision-makingperiod, only do that, the construction quality management will be controllable.
