Research On Capital Chain Risk Control Of New Energy Power Battery Enterprises

In the tide of global energy structure reform,the clean,environment-friendly and renewable features of new energy are the inevitable requirements of energy transformation and low-carbon development.Under this opportunity,the new energy automobile industry takes advantage of the trend and drives the power battery industry of its upstream enterprises to develop at a high speed at the same time.However,because the industry is still in the initial stage of development,it relies heavily on macroeconomic policies.Under the general environment of declining new energy subsidy policy,coupled with the problems of price reduction of power battery products,rising upstream raw materials prices,long account period,difficulty in refunding money,etc.,the capital chain of most power battery enterprises is risky and difficult to circulate normally,which in turn has a very significant impact on the development of their normal business activities.Therefore,the risk prevention and control of capital chain has become an urgent problem for power battery companies.And it is of great significance to carry out scientific and effective risk management and control of enterprise capital chain for new energy power battery enterprises,improve their anti-risk ability and promote sustainable development.Taking Guoxuan High-Tech as the research object,this paper systematically studies the capital chain risk of new energy power battery enterprises from the perspective of risk management and control.Guoxuan High-Tech,as one of the earliest domestic enterprises engaged in independent research,development,production and sales of lithium-ion batteries for new energy vehicles,has followed the ups and downs of the industry all the way,and has great research value.Firstly,the internal financial data and management system of the enterprise are obtained by collecting data and borrowing documents,and the current situation of the industry and the basic situation of Guoxuan High-Tech are analyzed.The current situation of capital chain management of the enterprise is understood through three aspects: financing stage,capital use stage and capital recovery stage.Secondly,the risk factors of capital chain are identified by relevant financial analysis and expert scoring methods,and the indicators in the risk factors of capital chain are scored by AHP and Wall scoring methods,and then the overall risk level of Guoxuan High-Tech capital chain and the importance order of each risk factor are obtained.Finally,according to the importance of the risk factors of capital chain,the risk response plan of Guoxuan High-Tech is determined,and suggestions are put forward for the risk control measures of Guoxuan High-Tech’s capital chain,so as to put forward practical suggestions for the sustainable development of Guoxuan High-Tech’s capital chain risk and the company,and give enterprises and other peers a reference.
