Research On Capital Chain Risk Prevention And Control Of G Power Battery Company

In recent years,the power battery industry has developed very rapidly.As a capital-oriented industry,the power battery industry has a great demand for capital whether it is building a plant,research and development,production or sales.However,it is worth noting that with the decline of the new energy subsidy policy,under the influence of multiple factors such as high upstream raw material prices,reduced power battery prices,and difficult repayment of long accounts,it is difficult for power battery companies to circulate the capital chain normally,which in turn affects Development of the company's normal business activities.Therefore,the prevention and control of capital chain risks has become a difficult problem for power battery companies.In this dissertation,G Power Battery Company is selected as a case enterprise,and research methods such as case analysis method and literature research method are adopted.Based on relevant concepts and theories,G Company has been studied in depth.First of all,this dissertation briefly introduces the basic situation of G Company.Secondly,through the Z scoring method,the risk of G company's capital chain risk was forewarned,and the company's capital chain risk was found to be too high,and then the risk of the capital chain was identified and evaluated.Then,based on this analysis,it was found that the cause of the risk of G's capital chain is mainly composed of two parts.The external causes are mainly affected by national policies.The internal causes are mainly narrow financing channels and inadequate cost control systems.Then,according to the problems existing in G's current capital chain and its risk causes,this dissertation proposes targeted optimization suggestions from the aspects of broadening financing channels and building a risk indicator system.Finally,the research of this dissertation is summarized and the future research is proposed.At present,the issue of the capital chain of power battery production has attracted much attention.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide some guidance for the prevention and control of the capital chain risk of G power battery companies,and also provide references for other enterprises in the same industry to improve their capital chain status.
