With the improvement of residents' income level in China,the automobile industry has been entering a rapidly developing period.China has already become the second largest auto sales and the third largest auto productions country in the whole world.And the automobile industry still keeps a strong growth,manifesting promising market prospects.However,due to many uncontrolled factors,there are many big problems in such aspects among many automobile dealers in our country,such as financial management.As a“blood”in the financial management of enterprises,whether the operation of capital management is good or not is directly related to the capacity of capital profit in a certain business cycle which can make effects on the enterprises' survival and development.So it is important to have an analysis on the situation of the operation or capital management all-directionally and accurately,dissect the remaining problems and the reasons,and find out a reasonable solution.To begin with,our China has illustrated the stakeholder theory and the chain of supply management theory systematically.Then,combining with the detailed analysis of the status quo of working capital management of Automobile Group in Henan Province,.Then reference the methods for the analysis of working capital management of other industries at home and abroad.We based our analysis on the stakeholder theory and supply chain management theory of the "W" automobile enterprise in Henan Province,respectively.According to the theory of supply chain management,con trast with the RD automobile enterprise on operating capital in the procurement chain,production processes,marketing and financial aspects of the link.Successfully it finds that there are some problems existing in the operation of capital management of "W" automobile enterprise in Henan Province such as the imperfections of operation capital management rules,the funding liquidity problems,the risk of liquidity,the over-dependent on a form of capital,the group claims to rise year by year and the shortness of controlling organization under a modal management of "network bank" so on..Analyze the causes of the problem combination the stakeholder theory and supply chain management theory to find a reasonable solution.Finally,they proposed a reasonable solution and also can offer a good reference to other industries engaging in improving the operation of capital management.In this article,from the angle of the relevant theory,explores and studies the working capital of the enterprise,and has broken the mode of the traditional working capital management.Targeted to help many group like the "W" automobile enterprise in Henan Province to develop a better working capital management system.
