Research On Faw Xiali Risk Management Based On The Perspective Of Capital Chain

In recent years,China's economic growth trend has slowed down,coupled with the strengthening of environmental protection in various places,the rapid development of urban logistics and distribution industry,leading to a decline in the growth rate of China's auto sales market and auto parts sales market compared with the same period last year.In the whole year of 2018,the national automobile production and sales volume decreased significantly compared with the same period of last year.It can be seen that during the overall economic downturn,China's auto industry as a whole faces enormous challenges.The development of new technologies has a huge impact on traditional industries,the difficulty of corporate financing,the limited development of the real economy,and the strengthening of environmental protection have all had a huge impact on economic development.Although the automobile manufacturing industry has developed well in the past few years,it has not been able to maintain the momentum,and its development is still facing many uncertain factors: China's automobile industry started late,and development time is shorter than that of Western countries.The complex situations mentioned above will bring business risks to enterprises.Therefore,in the increasingly complex economic environment,it is necessary to analyze the risk management status of China's automobile manufacturing industry.This paper begins with the relevant content of risk management,analyzes the concept and content of risk management and the origin of risk management by analyzing domestic and foreign research results,and elaborates on the importance of capital chain management and capital chain management in enterprise risk control.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of risk management and the operation of capital chain in China's automobile manufacturing enterprises,This paper expounds the necessity of risk management based on capital chain management thinking for automobile manufacturing enterprises.Finally,this paper takes FAW Xiali as an example,integrates the capital chain management thinking into risk management,and evaluates the four types of risk types under the concept of capital chain management of the case company,and found that the case company has certain risks in financing,investment,sales and management.Finally,this paper puts forward the proposal of risk management for FAW Xiali based on the capital chain management thinking mode,which has great practical significance to promote the integration and development of corporate risk management and capital chain management,and also serves as a reference for other automobile manufacturing enterprises in risk management.
