| With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of marketization,the competition situation among enterprises is extremely severe,and performance management plays an important role in enterprise management.XN Company studied in this paper is a wholly-owned subsidiary of XN Group in Xinjiang,mainly engaged in comprehensive supply chain services of energy and resources industries.With the continuous development of the enterprise,XN Company urgently needs to develop a comprehensive and dynamic performance management system that relies on the strategic management of the enterprise and is suitable for the long-term development of the enterprise,which will play an important role in the development of XN Company.In addition,there are few examples of applying the balanced scorecard theory to subsidiaries of group companies and bulk commodity service supply chain companies.The research in this paper will provide reference for the scientific performance management research of such enterprises.Finally,this paper applies the indicators of party building work and the satisfaction of cooperative work between parent and subsidiary companies to the indicator system of balanced scorecard,which enriches its connotation to a certain extent.In this paper,the performance management of XN Company is taken as the research object,and based on the balanced scorecard method,job interview method and weight factor judgment table method,a comprehensive analysis is carried out from the following four aspects: First,according to the actual situation of performance management of XN Company,four problems in performance management are found,including incomplete setting of performance appraisal indicators,weak execution of performance management,inadequate application of performance results and lack of performance communication.Secondly,it analyzes the existing problems in performance management,and finds that the main reasons leading to the above problems are: excessive pursuit of financial evaluation in assessment indicators,insufficient attention to performance management,democratic decision-making,opaque performance management,and low employee participation.Thirdly,according to the present situation of performance management in XN Company,this paper puts forward the optimization idea of performance management scheme based on balanced scorecard which is suitable for XN Company.The main point is to set up the balanced scorecard index system of XN Company,design the performance appraisal index of XN Company by decomposing the company’s strategic objectives and drawing strategic maps,and calculate and analyze the weight of performance appraisal index by using the method of weight factor judgment table.Fourthly,it puts forward the safeguard measures that XN Company needs to implement performance management,including organizational support,basic work support,institutional support and supervision mechanism support. |
