Domestically,mature enterprises are overwhelmed by traditional competitors and booming new forces.CA Automobile is currently in such a development bottleneck.In the face of fierce market competition,even if a good strategy is formulated,it lacks a performance evaluation system that can implement the strategy.The balanced scorecard is a kind of strategy that can effectively implement the strategy.tool.The purpose of this article is to explore a strategy-based combination of balanced scorecards to establish a performance evaluation system that fits the real situation,so as to free CA auto companies from the current dilemma.First,on the basis of relevant literature,based on the basic principles of performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,the definition and method of performance evaluation,as well as the basic model and advantages and disadvantages of balanced scorecard are fully expounded.Secondly,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the actual situation of the CA automobile company,and the favorable factors,unfavorable factors,potential risks and opportunities in the current development process of the CA automobile company are obtained,and the enterprise strategy is determined according to the internal and external environment analysis.Again,select performance evaluation indicators based on strategy.In-depth analysis of favorable factors and opportunities to form effective measures to deal with unfavorable factors and potential risks,and draw a strategic map,clearly define the organizational goals in each dimension of the balanced scorecard,and select evaluation indicators that fit the actual situation according to the organizational goals.Then,it uses the analytic hierarchy process,which invites well-known domestic scholars and experienced corporate executives in the industry to evaluate the relative importance of each dimension and the selected indicators,construct a judgment matrix to determine its weight,and complete the new performance based on the balanced scorecard The design of the evaluation system will be applied to CA Auto Company and its operation in 2018 will be evaluated.Finally,put forward measures to ensure the smooth operation of the performance evaluation system.
