In recent years,with the continuous and rapid development of industrial automation,industrial robots have become more and more critical,and the 2K-V type reducer as the core part of the robot has also received more and more attention from scientific researchers.The2K-V type reducer has Small size,high precision,high efficiency,large transmission ratio,stable transmission and other irreplaceable advantages.However,the 2K-V type reducer has a complex structure and many parts.In actual working conditions,different types of reducers need to be designed according to different output torques.The 3D software Solid Works is used to design the 2K-V type reducer.During development,the structure and size of the reducer will be recalculated and modeled,resulting in a complicated design process.Through the secondary development of the solidworks software,an application program for automatic modeling can be written in a programming language,and the dimensions that need to be changed are expressed in the form of parameter variables.When using,only need to run the program after inputting the parameters.Corresponding operations can be completed,thereby greatly improving the efficiency of the design.In this paper,after the calculation of gear matching and overall optimization design of the 2K-V reducer,the modelling process of the reducer is parametrically designed through the VB.net language and Solid Works software,and the automatic assembly and automatic assembly of the 2K-V reducer are further developed.Application program for automatic drawing of two-dimensional drawings of various parts.The main research contents are as follows:(1)After analyzing the structure composition and transmission principle of the 2K-V reducer,calculate the gears of the reducer,and use the VB.net language to write the calculation program for the gears,and design the user interaction options.Interface window.With the smallest volume as the objective function,matlab is used to optimize the design of the reducer.(2)Based on the Visual Studio software platform,using VB.net language to carry out the secondary development of the Solid Works software,write a set of programs that can control the Solid Works software to perform parametric modeling of the various parts of the 2K-V reducer,and design the corresponding User interface.Analyze the assembly process of the2K-V reducer,and write an application program that can complete the automatic assembly in the Solid Works working environment.(3)Introduced the common methods of Drawing Doc object in Solid Works API,using VB.net language to compile a program that can automatically draw the two-dimensional diagram of each part of the 2K-V reducer,and automatically mark and annotate the two-dimensional diagram.
