Research And Development Of Modular RV Design System

With the continuous development of Chinese economy and the increasing living standard of people,tourism vacation has become a new way of life for people to pursue quality of life and release mental stress.RV travel,as an emerging form of vacation,is gradually being sought after by young people.However,compared with the relatively mature development system of developed countries such as Europe and the United States,the development of domestic RVs started late,still in the early stage,and relevant research is insufficient.Moreover,the number of refit companies in China’s RV industry is small,the quality of the refits is uneven,and the price of finished RVs is relatively expensive and it is difficult to meet the needs of users’individualized customization.In order to solve the above problems,this paper introduces the modular design,and finally designs the modular RV design system,which effectively meets the needs of user-customized design modification.This paper will first obtain the needs of RV customers through various ways,and analyze the actual functional requirements of RV through the analysis results,determine the components that realize the above functions and other factors in customer use,as an important reference for module division.After that,for the module division work of RV,applying the improved I WO algorithm to complete module division of functional components,and the four functional modules of the bedroom module,the living room module,the bathroom module and the kitchen module are determined,under the guidance of human factors engineering,the modeling of components and modules is completed,and the space layout inside the RV is completed.Finally,the second development work based on Creo Parametric TOOLKIT was carried out using the Visual Studio 2010 environment to complete the modular RV design system and realize the modular and customizable RV design process.Thereby improving design efficiency,improving conversion efficiency,reducing the difficulty of modification,meeting customer needs,and playing a certain role in promoting the development of China’s RV tourism.
