| Parametric design is the mainstream of 3D-CAD software's secondary development, because it meets the designing requirements of"same topological structure and different dimension parameters"in the course of product seriation, most products select this developing method.Recently, the development of parametric system is made in the"assembly-part"mode,not in the"part-assembly"mode.The primary reason is that present CAD software can't solve interference problem of fitting dimension between parts or relize components'automatic assembly.This paper inquire into the other mode,realize the part's parametric design by means of"reuse design of parts–associated design of parts-automatic assembly of parts",meet the dual needs of part'design and assembly's design.According to this philosophy, this paper first has a research on the method of reuse design, proposes and uses driving technology based on component template to realizing parts'reuse design and drawing's regeneration.Secondly,as the subject's key part,in order to avoid occuring interference phenomenon between fitting dimensions of assembly , this paper firstly puts forward"ini false database"processing methods to realizing parametricly associated design between parts in modeling environment and makes this function modular and generalization.Finally, after analyzing the existing methods of automatic assembly, this paper proposes a new " feature-tree constraint " method with the aid of location coordinates ,combines it wth"traditonally parametric constraint " to realize the automation of assembly.The realization of this subject is supported by Pro/E wildfire 4.0 M090, developed with VC++2005 and Pro/TOOLKIT tool, baesd on Horizontal Adjusting Mechanism of Tectorial Membrane which belongs to SCF molding and filling machine,verifies this method's scientificity, practicability and feasibility. |
