Research On Sustainable Development Capability Evaluation Of New Energy Vehicle Listed Companies Based On Dynamic Incentive Model

Since the 20 th century,with the rapid development of automobile industry and the rapid increase of global automobile ownership,environmental pollution and the shortage of conventional energy supply have become the major issues of common concern.Therefore,new energy has been paid more and more attention by all countries in the world.The application and promotion of new energy has become an important wrestling point of global industrial policy.The transformation of new energy vehicles from concept to application is a concrete demonstration of the application and promotion of new energy in various countries around the world.It is not only the product of policy,technology and capital,but also the key field of industrial layout and global competition in major industrial countries.By the end of 2020,the number of new energy vehicles in the world is 9 million,and the number of new energy vehicles in China has reached 4.92 million,accounting for 55% of the world.China has become the first country in the production and consumption of new energy vehicles.Therefore,improving the sustainable development ability of China’s new energy vehicle listed companies is not only the realistic requirements of China’s new energy vehicle industry to improve its own comprehensive quality,but also the inevitable choice of iterative innovation,high-end power,international competition.It is also the key direction of China’s transformation from a "big country" of new energy vehicles to a "powerful country" of new energy vehicles.After by reviewing a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad,the evaluation index system of emerging industries is constructed based on the present situation of the new energy vehicle industry analysis,which meets the characteristics of "policy-oriented" and "technology-driven".And the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model based on gain level incentive,which has been studied and continuously optimized by our experimental team for a long time,is introduced to evaluate the sustainable development ability of new energy vehicle companies.Firstly,the evaluation index system of sustainable development capability,including profitability,debt paying ability,operation ability,development ability,technological innovation ability and policy support,is constructed from two levels of financial indicators and non-financial indicators.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on entropy and TOPSIS method.Thirdly,the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model based on dynamic incentive method is determined.Finally,the model is used to evaluate the sustainable development ability of 66 new energy vehicle listed companies from 2015 to 2019.According to the result of comprehensive evaluation,66 listed companies are divided into four types: stable,rising,declining and fluctuating,and some instructive suggestions are put forward.
