| The concept of sustainable development is rapidly penetrating into politics,economy,society,culture,environment and other fields related to human beings.As the cell and foundation of the national economy,the sustainable development of enterprises is the micro embodiment of the concept of sustainable development,which has important and irreplaceable significance.As an important subject of national economic construction,the sustainable development of construction enterprises are directly related to the development mode of the national economy,especially the regional economy.Its sustainable development ability is the key to promote the sustainable,stable and healthy development of the national economy.Therefore,strengthening the research on the sustainable development ability of construction enterprises has important practical value.Based on the comprehensive study of the factors affecting the sustainable development ability of Group A,this paper establishes the evaluation model of the sustainable development ability of group A,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the sustainable development ability of Group A in recent five years.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the sustainable development ability of Construction Group A.The results show that in the four perspectives of the group’s sustainable development evaluation,the comprehensive weight of the number of employees,the proportion of R&D personnel,energy consumption density and total asset profit margin is large.Enterprises need to focus on these factors in their development.The closeness of group A’s sustainable development capability showed a fluctuating trend in the five years from 2017 to 2021,with the highest level in 2018 and the lowest level in 2020,and rebounded in 2021.According to the research results,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,including promoting green and sustainable development of enterprises,energy conservation and emission reduction,increasing scientific research and innovation of enterprises,strengthening corporate social responsibility from the perspective of talent training,strengthening corporate asset management and ensuring cash flow. |
