| Traditional academies have been different from the education-related cultural and educational buildings in China’s ancient architecture.Academies first appeared in the Tang Dynasty,the early rise of the Tang and Song Dynasties,the peak development of the Yuan and Ming Dynasties,and the decline of the Qing Dynasty.As a major place for the dissemination of knowledge in ancient times,academies have the same educational significance as today’s schools.The study on the architectural decoration of academies also plays an important role.The Chinese patterns from the primitive Stone Age to the mature carving technology and decorative patterns have been constantly improved and developed.The architectural decoration of academies not only has a rich decorative effect,but also the cultural conservation and precipitation of education can not be ignored.There are many kinds of decorative patterns and they are widely used.In architectural decoration or daily cultural activities,decorative patterns can be seen.With the development of history and the abolition of the imperial examination system,the once noisy Shuyuan Street was replaced by the new school,and the carrier of ancient education academy gradually withdrew from the stage of history.Instead,new school buildings are built.The academy with cultural and educational nature has become the main place of ancestral hall and worship.It has no essential educational and educational function,but its architectural decoration is relatively intact and has research value.Guangfu area is the central development zone of Guangdong.The Pearl River nurtures the excellent Guangfu people system,which has an important influence on the people system of Guangdong.The people system of Guangfu is formed by gathering and living,and the art of architecture is an important part of the culture of Guangdong.In this paper,the existing traditional academies in Guangfu are taken as the research samples to analyze the specific examples of academies and summarize and analyze the decorative art research.The third chapter collects data of a large number of instance academies for comparative analysis,summarizes the three stages of the development of Guangfu Academy and classifies it with the nature of existing academies,lists 2-3 examples of instance academies for the analysis of decorative patterns,and dissects the details of decoration.The fourth chapter is the detailed investigation and analysis of the existing representative examples of academies,and the details of architectural decoration.Field research and data sorting are carried out from the decorative parts such as roof and ridge ornaments,tile,water drop,beam and column,hanging and falling birds,column base,archway door and plaque,doors and Windows,gables,pillar head and stone column.To analyze,study,compare and summarize the comparative points and highlights of the architectural decoration rules of traditional academies in Guangfu area.Summarize three decorative rules of academies in guangfu area,one is the combination of climate and materials in guangfu,the other is the fine interior decoration of academies of different properties,the third is the grandiosity-bold,easy to understand and open integration of decorative characteristics.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the decorative craft,mainly in wood carving,brick carving,stone carving,grey sculpture,ceramic sculpture,glass-Manchurian window and other analysis of the overall architectural art style and decorative parts of the academy.From the point of view of adornment content,basically human material kind,plant kind,bird auspicious beast kind,geometric grain kind.Themes come from a wide range of sources,including fairy tales,Cantonese opera and free combination.It can be concluded that the decorative themes of academy buildings are: the maintenance of grade buildings,folk themes and contents,the integration of local and foreign cultures,practical secular and architectural decoration,and the overall unity of decorative craft.Combined with the contents of the previous chapters,the protection and inheritance development of the decorative art of the academy architecture are made.According to the development mode of academy architecture,several suggestions are put forward,and the final design is completed.The decoration integration and functional innovation of the New Academy of Guangfu are designed to continue the architectural inheritance of the New Academy of Guangfu.The main research object of this paper is the architectural decoration of traditional academies in Guangfu.The research focuses on the summary of decorative rules and the extraction of characteristic symbols,trying to continue to inherit the integration characteristics of academy architecture,and making a contribution to the continuation of the life of academy architecture in Guangfu. |
