The Architectural Design Strategy Of College Teaching Buildings From The Perspective Of Health

The rapid improvement of social living standards and the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic have made people pay unprecedented attention to health.However,the teaching buildings of colleges and universities,as the most core buildings in the college campus,are facing the problem of insufficient health and epidemic prevention performance.Based on the current situation,this paper starts from healthy design,based on the existing domestic and foreign research results on healthy buildings and university teaching buildings and the development trend in the post-epidemic era,combined with the support of research and practical cases,and proposes that university teaching buildings should be Optimization design principles and design strategies in the post-epidemic era.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction and establishment of the research topic.The background is introduced through the introduction chapter,and the research object and content of the subject are clearly defined.Then,the research purpose and significance are determined through the research status at home and abroad,and the research method and framework are found,and the research direction is controlled as a whole.The second part is the theoretical elaboration and practical exploration of the research topic.First,based on the introduction of teaching buildings and healthy buildings in the second chapter,the health needs of college users are drawn out,thus establishing the "technology-space-people" trinity.Then,in the third chapter,the current health design problems are obtained through the health research of college teaching buildings,and the summary and research of practical cases are carried out to deal with the problems.The third part is the strategy proposal.Based on the previous problems and the corresponding practice summary,the basic principles of the design strategy are summarized,and then the detailed strategy proposal is systematically developed from four aspects: architectural layout and shape,function and space,physical environment,and environmental atmosphere..The fourth part is the practical application of the above strategies,analyzing and verifying the healthy design strategies of the preliminary design results of the Jiulong Lake Engineering Complex of Southeast University,and proposing the direction for further deepening of the plan’s deficiencies.
