| With the development and progress of society,the development of prefabricated buildings has received more and more attention.This article takes a new type of external wall panel connection node as the research object,through which the external wall panel is connected with the main body of the steel structure.Under self-weight,wind load and frequent earthquakes,the external wall panel and the connection node will not slide relative to each other.The wall panel and the main steel structure can be regarded as a whole to resist external forces.At this time,the new external wall panel can be connected to the node regarded as a rigid node,the external wall panel can provide a certain rigidity for the structure;when the external wall panel’s force exceeds its maximum static friction force,it can slide through the long round hole on the angle steel,thereby reducing the load transmitted to the wall panel to prevent the premature damage of the wall panel,and have a certain protective effect on the wall panel.At this time,the node plays the role of a flexible node,which can increase the deformation coordination of the beam,the node and the wall panel,and at the same time,it can be slipped shift consumes part of energy.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The dead weight load,wind load and seismic load are calculated respectively,and applied according to the stress characteristics of the joint,and use ANSYS finite element analysis software to perform static analysis on the connection node of the new external wall panel,and at the same time,the difference in the bearing capacity of the node is analyzed.The influencing parameters-bolt pre-tightening force,angle steel thickness and steel plate thickness were studied.The research results show that the joint has sufficient bearing capacity to meet the requirements of normal use;under the same conditions,with the increase of the bolt pre-tightening force,the joint bearing capacity gradually increases;during the loading process,the bearing capacity of the joint increases with the increase of the thickness of the angle steel,but at the end of the loading,the bearing capacity is not obvious;the thickness of the steel plate has no obvious effect on the bearing capacity of the joint in the horizontal direction.As the thickness of the steel plate increases,the bearing capacity of the joint in the vertical and out of plane horizontal direction directions gradually increases.(2)Establish a new type of external wall panel connection node model for pseudostatic analysis,and simulate rigid nodes by changing the contact state,respectively study and compare their hysteretic curves,skeleton curves and stiffness and strength degradation curves.The results show that the new type of joint has good energy dissipation capacity and has more obvious advantages in seismic resistance.(3)Establish a frame model with binding contact between the external wall panel and the steel frame and a frame model using the new external wall panel connection node to analyze the time history response.The results show that the node has good reliability,and the frame connected by the new type of node is more conducive to earthquake resistance,and the damping effect of frequent earthquakes is higher than that of rare earthquakes. |
