| Western Sichuan is rich in natural resources,but the economic level is lagging in the province.As an important resource for economic development in Western Sichuan,timber has long been used directly for building houses or cooking and heating.This not only caused a reduction in the number of species and yields,but also brought great damage to the ecology.Based on the development trend of building industrialization and traditional structural construction methods,this article has developed a set of prefabricated steel structure houses with swinging columns suitable for this area,and the relationship between the prefabricated steel structure and the enclosing wall The mechanism of mutual action has been studied in depth.Through low-cycle reciprocating load tests,the seismic performance of light steel structures with different oblique supports and assembled light steel structures with different walls was studied,and the finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out numerical calculations for this kind of light steel structures.Finally,combining the results of experiments and finite element analysis,some design suggestions for adopting this structural system are given..The main work and results are as follows:(1)Designed 6 different types of fabricated light steel structures with swing columns.Considering that the horizontal force of the rocking column is borne by the diagonal support when it encounters an earthquake,two sets of assembled light steel structures with rocking columns are designed.One is a structure with a rectangular steel tube as a rigid support.The other is a structure supported by a flexible tie rod.Three different enclosure forms are designed for each type of support structure: empty frame structure,stone masonry enclosure structure and ECP hanging board structure.(2)After comparing the experimental phenomena and experimental results of the 6-thrust specimens,it is found that the rectangular steel pipe as the swing column has little effect on the seismic performance of the frame wall,while the damaged inclined support and flexible tie rods can be replaced easily,which conforms to the green Requirements for prefabricated buildings.(2)The seismic performance test was carried out on 6 fabricated light steel structures with rocking columns.According to the test data,the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness and strength degradation curve,ductility coefficient curve,equivalent viscous damping coefficient,etc.of the specimen were sorted out,and the seismic performance of this structure system was evaluated in combination with test phenomena.The seismic performance of rigid obliquely supported light steel structure and flexible support is compared longitudinally,and the impact of different enclosure walls on the seismic performance of the structure is compared horizontally.(3)Using the finite element software ABAQUS,a model of a single assembly light steel structure with a rocking column was established,and the mechanical properties of the model under the horizontal low-cycle reciprocating load were analyzed.The comparison with the test verifies the correctness and reliability of the model Sex.Through parameter analysis,the influence of different parameters on the fabricated light steel structure with rocking column is considered. |
