| With the vigorous promotion of assembly-type buildings,assembly-type concrete buildings as one of its main structural types,corresponding to the rapid development,including the use of external wall panels as peripheral protective structure of the assembly-type concrete buildings,its wall panels and the main structure of the connection node has been the focus of research in the neighborhood.In accordance with the specification requirements,the connection node should adopt a flexible connection method that can adapt to the deformation of the main structure,while the traditional external wall slab and concrete structure are mostly fully constrained rigid connection,the wall plate and the main structure solidified into one,in the role of seismic power load of the wall board connection will often be destroyed due to excessive internal force,increasing the safety hazards of the structure.In order to change the traditional connection method and improve the seismic performance of the concrete structure system of the hanging wall slab,this paper,combined with engineering examples,puts forward a flexible connection node of the steel bull’s leg-mounted outer wall plate,which is mainly composed of the groove steel support which protrudes from the wall plate and the limit bolt that can provide vertical slip.Through theoretical calculation,the supporting force formula of the node in seismic design condition is obtained,and then the framework model with wall plate is analyzed by ABAQUS numerical simulation,the plastic analysis of the proposed static spring and the seismic dynamic time range are analyzed,and compared with the pure frame model,the influence of the external wall plate connected by the node on the main structure is affected by force performance,seismic resistance and seismic displacement time range response,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The carrying capacity of the node is not only related to the strength level of its own steel,but also needs to consider the relative distance of the support point within the wall plane and the eccentric distance outside the wall plate plane.In the actual engineering,the node stress is mainly concentrated in the bolt connection,and its limit carrying capacity is generally controlled by the unit strength at the bolt hole.(2)The carrying capacity and stiffness of the main structure are improved by the external wall plate connected by the node,and the existence of the external wall plate improves the force performance of the main structure,slows down the strength degradation and stiffness degradation of the main structure under the action of circulating load,improves the energy consumption capacity of the main structure,and is conducive to the earthquake resistance of the structure system.(3)The external wall plate connected by the node has little effect on the seismic power displacement of the main structure,and compared with the pure frame,the displacement time curve of the two is almost coincided,but the maximum seismic displacement of the former time range analysis is smaller than the latter,and the existence of the outer wall plate reduces the seismic power displacement response of the structural system. |
