| As an important part of prefabricated building, prefabricated steel structure buildings have achieved rapid development in series of research and engineering applications in recent years. As a kind of enclosure system of fabricated steel structure system,point-connected external precast concrete curtain wall structure system is required to have good building physical properties and seismic behavior in engineering applications.A new supported and pull point connection node of steel-framed precast concrete curtain wall is designed based on the force characteristics of translation + rotation, and the experimental analysis and numerical simulation analysis of this new type of point connection structure system of external precast concrete curtain wall-steelframe structure are carried out to determine its seismic behavior through the research, the main research contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)The pseudo-static low-cycle reciprocating loading of three-layer external precast concrete curtain wall-steel frame structure system was carried out, taking into account the influence of axial pressure and Teflon-based slabs. The hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, strength and stiffness degradation, ductility coefficient and energy dissipation capacity, strain and displacement of the nodal region of the three-layer structure are analyzed separately. The results show that the structure satisfies the requirements of not being damaged by small earthquakes and not falling by large earthquakes during the entire loading process,in which the new nodes have a significant protective effect on the curtain wall. The carrying capacity, stiffness, integral performance and seismic behavior of the three-layer structure are good, and the design goals of the limiting effect of the upper node and the bearing effect of the lower node are basically realized.(2)A finite element model was established and numerical simulations were carried out to study the carrying capacity,energy-consuming capacity, failure mode and stress strains in key areas under reciprocating displacement loads, and to compare and analyze the results. The results show that the external precast concrete curtain wall can improve the rigidity, carrying capacity and energy consumption of the structural system, and the numerical simulation results are more similar to the test results, verifying the effectiveness of the finite element model. The research results of this paper can be used as the design basis for this new type of point-connected external precast concrete curtain wall on steel frame structure system. |
