Research On Green Port Development Strategy Of Qinhuangdao Port

In recent years,with the rapid economic development,my country’s environmental pollution problems have become increasingly serious.At the same time,the public’s awareness of environmental protection has increased significantly,and governments have put forward higher requirements for environmental protection work of enterprises.Doing a good job in environmental protection has become a major issue facing the survival and development of large enterprises.As my country’s main coal launching port,Qinhuangdao Port has launched more than 100 million tons of coal every year in recent years.Qinhuangdao port is of great strategic and practical significance to take a green and sustainable development road of common prosperity in the port and city.This paper selects Qinhuangdao port as the research object,relying on the theory of green development and strategic management,in-depth analysis of the current situation of environmental pollution in Qinhuangdao port.By using pest,SWOT and other strategic analysis tools to sort out the internal and external factors restricting the green development of Qinhuangdao port.Through the analysis of the current construction system,anti pollution treatment,ecological greening,energy saving and consumption reduction of Qinhuangdao port,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of green development of Qinhuangdao port are sorted out.Thirdly,based on the conclusion of environmental analysis,the strategic goal and direction of green development of Qinhuangdao port are determined,and the general development strategy should be carried out from both internal and external aspects of the supply chain.Finally,in order to implement the strategy,the author puts forward the corresponding supporting measures.This paper can not only provide reference for the green sustainable development of Qinhuangdao port in the strategic level,but also provide relevant guidance for the green development of other ports in China.
