Study On The Development Strategy Of Green Port Construction In Qinhuangdao Port

As a hub of transportation,ports play an important role in the national economy,but their development has inevitably caused a certain impact on the surrounding ecological environment.Therefore,to achieve sustainable development of the port and the environment,environmental protection must be given top priority.Qinhuangdao Port,as a dry bulk cargo terminal,has been under increasing environmental pressure in recent years,and as a terminal for coal transportation,it is also facing pressure for transformation and upgrading.This paper studies the overall development plan of Qinhuangdao Green Port.The main contents of the article are as follows:First of all,focusing on the background significance and the status quo of development strategies at home and abroad,it sorted out the theoretical development history of strategic management of domestic and foreign enterprises,and at the same time collated and compared the strategic research on green port construction.Secondly,the related analysis methods and theoretical basis of the enterprise development strategy are introduced,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research on the development strategy of the green port construction of Qinhuangdao Port.Thirdly,using the PEST analysis method to research and summarize the macro environment of green port development,using the analysis method of Porter's five-force model to analyze its competition situation in depth,and comprehensively expound the external environment of Qinhuangdao Port green port construction and development.In addition,the work and existing problems of Qinhuangdao Port's current green port construction are sorted out,and SWOT analysis tools and comparative analysis methods are used to study and analyze the current internal environment of Qinhuangdao Port's green port construction.Finally,based on the above research content,this article from macro to micro,from the port functional layout,management,corporate culture,technology and other aspects as the starting point to build a green port construction and development strategyimplementation plan suitable for Qinhuangdao Port.Based on this,the guarantee measures for the green port construction and development strategy of Qinhuangdao Port were formulated from the aspects of management,control,and technical research and promotion.
