Shandong Port YT Port Group Development Strategy Research

In 2019,Shandong Port was established.In 2020,YT Port Group,one of the four subordinate ports of Shandong Port,borrows from the east wind of Shandong port integration reform and combines the actual development of YT Port Group to establish and implement 14 reform tasks with the main content of "one project,five major construction and eight major reforms".The competitive advantage is enhanced,the productivity is significantly improved,and the status of the port is continuously improved.YT Port Group’s cargo throughput ranked eighth in the country,up from 10 th in 2015.However,YT Port is still in the development period of the "14th Five-Year Plan".In this context,the purpose of this paper is to optimize its development strategy based on the development status of YT Port Group.The optimization of YT Port Group’s development strategy can not only promote YT Port Group to enter the fast track of high-quality development,but also provide important guiding significance for the development of other ports and port cities.This paper introduces the general situation of YT Port Group’s development,combined with the development trend of ports in China and other countries,and analyzes the policy,economic,social and technological environment of YT Port Group by using PEST analysis method.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by YT Port Group in the development process.With human resource strategy,informatization strategy and marketing strategy as the main line,the human resource strategy of establishing a perfect human resource system,establishing a perfect incentive mechanism and establishing a modern salary management system,and the informatization strategy of building a smart port and a green port are formulated.Through accelerating the development of comprehensive development marketing services,innovation of professional marketing logistics,construction of supply chain finance marketing center,and construction of bulk commodity marketing platform marketing strategy,finally put forward a number of strategic implementation safeguard measures such as system guarantee,capital and technology guarantee,business management guarantee,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the development strategy of YT Port Group.The thesis is discussed from the following five aspects: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the topic,and the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on port development strategy;The second part is the analysis of the reform and development strategy of YT Port Group,introducing and analyzing the operation and development status of YT Port Group,introducing the research methods and steps of the paper;The third part is the analysis of the environmental strategy of YT Port Group,which provides a realistic basis for the formulation and selection of the subsequent development strategy;The fourth part is the optimization of the development strategy of YT Port Group,discusses the driving mechanism of port development,and combines with the actual development of YT port,puts forward the feasibility optimization plan;The fifth part guarantees the implementation of YT Port Group’s development strategy,and puts forward policy suggestions and countermeasures for YT Port’s development strategy.
