Evaluation And Prediction Of Coordination Degree Of Qinhuangdao Port City

In today's era of rapid economic development,the development of port city is an important part of international metropolis prosperity,the inherent law in the relationship between port and port cities,not only conducive to the promotion of port and port city of rapid,stable and coordinated development,and to speed up the industrialization and urbanization have also played a part.Qinhuangdao port is one of the top ten coastal ports in China.With the proposal of "beijing-tianjin-hebei integration" in 2014,its development plays a vital role in promoting the integration of beijing-tianjin-hebei region.However,as a port city,the development level of Qinhuangdao port and Qinhuangdao city cannot adapt to each other,and the development pace is inconsistent,and the port cannot rely on and develop with the mother city.It has become one of the important strategies for the economic development of Qinhuangdao to promote the rapid and stable development of Qinhuangdao port and the mother city.The coordinated development level of port and port city is an important symbol to measure the healthy development of port and mother city,and it is paid more and more attention by many policy makers and experts.Based on the coordination degree model of Qinhuangdao port city and GM(1,1)-BP neural network prediction model,this paper studies the degree of coordination between Qinhuangdao port and Qinhuangdao city.The specific work is as follows:First of all,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current research status of the relationship between the port and the port city,and introduces the related concepts and basic theories of port,port city and port and city coordinated development.Secondly,based on the basic principles of the index system construction and the characteristics of Qinhuangdao port and Qinhuangdao city,the index system of Qinhuangdao port and Qinhuangdao city is constructed and establishes the Qinhuangdao port city coordination model.Then,the comprehensive development index of Qinhuangdao port and Qinhuangdao was input,the coordination degree of Qinhuangdao port and Qinhuangdao was output,and GM(1,1)-BP neural network coordination prediction model was constructed.Thirdly,the development trend of future coordination degree and coordination degree between Qinhuangdao port and Qinhuangdao is studied by using the constructed model.Finally,according to the coordination degree between Qinhuangdao port and Qinhuangdao and the development trend of future coordination,the factors are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
