In the coming period,China's total energy demand will continue to grow steadily and rapidly,but the industrial layout and energy structure will continue to be optimized,coal terminals will increase,the environmental protection situation will become more severe,and the market will become more concentrated.It will be difficult to avoid market share reshuffle,coal.The terminal will be a competitive landscape between various port groups.This paper analyzes and deeply discusses Qinhuangdao Nine Company through marketing theory,Porter's five-force model,SWOT matrix analysis,marketing environment,marketing strategy,market segmentation and marketing strategy combination theory.Based on the current scale of Qinhuangdao Hong Kong and Kowloon Corporation,how to build a world-class port enterprise,further seize opportunities,clarify measures,and carry out specific work.This paper is aimed at the above problems,combined with the current status of domestic and international terminal marketing,from a number of dimensions to jointly analyze the development environment of Qinhuangdao Hong Kong and Kowloon companies,including business environment,marketing characteristics,sales methods,etc.for comprehensive analysis and research.Through the analysis results obtained,the optimization of the company's marketing strategy is realized.Starting from the company's current situation and problem analysis,scientific and effective planning opinions are made.For a long time,the coal terminal is production-centered,and the marketing work is relatively neglected.In combination with the current coal marketization process and the trend of national economy and energy development,we will make a more rational and accurate analysis of the current weak coal terminal marketing strategy,and gradually establish a marketing mechanism that can cope with market competition.And provide relevant departments and leaders for reference.
