Study On Urban Quality Evaluation And Improvement Path Of Chongqing

With the development of urbanization in China,urban problems for instance traffic jam,lack of resources and illegal rate are becoming a protruding issue,and they influence the further development of the urban.In the background of the new times,High quality development of the city is particularly important.so urban quality is also concerned by the the theoretical circles and academia.More and more cities begin to show solicitude for the high-quality construction,and have pulished many policies to advance the urban quality to help the city transformation.Chongqing,as the central city in the west,has a pivotal strategic position in the urban construction of the western region.In 2018,it also pulished new ask to hoist the urban quality.The construction level of urban quality can give expression to the result of current urban building,but there is no perfect theoretical system for the research of urban quality.For the sake of boosting the improvement of Chongqing’s urban quality,it is more crucia to reasonably estimate the existing circumstances of urban quality construction.Through comparative analysis,we can better find the contradictions and problems under the existing urban development path,so as to improve the urban quality more effectively.Based on the core purpose of current urban development,integrated with its related theoretical,this paper gave a clear connotation of urban quality,and the feature and procedural dements of urban quality system are analyzed.With that,the overall merit model and the obstacle amount model helps to completion the existing study,It supplys a consultation foundation for the study of problems in the building of urban quality in different cities.It accelerates the perfect of the theoretical system in the field of urban quality research.Based on the city data published by the Relevant official branch,it evaluated the Chongqing’s urban quality.The development trend of urban quality in Chongqing from 2005 to 2019 is analyzed by longitudinal comparison.From the analysis of the overall merit results and obstacle amount,this paper explores a few recommendation on the path of urban quality improvement,so as to advance the urban quality building of Chongqing.The major results are : 1).The urban quality is influenced by various factors,including the material conditions such as urban infrastructure and the spiritual conditions such as culture and society.2)the overall urban quality of Chongqing is on the rise from2005 to 2018,but it is on the decline in 2019.3)There are also obvious discrepancy in the extent of obstacles to the improvement of urban quality among various evaluation indexes.Public medical,high and new technology,safety statu,ecosystem quality,cultural characteristics,economic structure and so on have greater continuous obstacles to the improvement of urban quality.Finally,according to the estimate outcomes and obstacle factors,the paper propose the corresponding path to improve the urban quality of Chongqing.
