Research On Comprehensive Evaluation And Promotion Path Of Green Livability Of Villages And Towns In Jiangsu Province

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy and build an ecologically livable and beautiful countryside.Lou Qin-jian,Party Secretary of Jiangsu Province,said at the Eighth Plenary Session of the 13 th Provincial Party Committee that what kind of countryside to build and how to build it is a historic issue.A beautiful village should be beautiful in form,charm,and texture.It should not only realize the rural style with beautiful mountains and rivers,blue sky and green land,but also show the beauty and harmony social atmosphere of village.In line with the requirements of the development strategy of the era,the research will explore the development path and direction of green livable villages and towns in Jiangsu Province based on the rural revitalization strategy and guided by important speeches.Firstly,the research defines the scope of villages and towns and the definition of the green livability of villages and towns.Combined with sustainable development theory,green development theory,human settlement environment science theory and humanism theory,the essence of green livability of villages and towns is discussed,and the connotation of green livability of towns and villages is obtained through comprehensive analysis,which is to reflect the economic prosperity,social civilization,rich culture,beautiful environment,convenient life,resources saving six basic characteristics.Secondly,through reading a large number of literature materials and participating in many field surveys of villages and towns,following the basic principles of index system construction,combining with policy guidance,firmly grasping the basic idea of people-oriented,combining the comprehensive evaluation elements of green livability with human needs,and referring to Hierarchy of Needs Theory,from the living conditions,public security,the social economy,social civilization and human environment,ecological environment,public service and the resources use eight aspects to build the village green habitability evaluation index system.The index system consists of eight primary index and 42 secondary indexes,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index system of weights.Then,with the help of yaahp software,a comprehensive evaluation model of green livability of villages and towns is constructed,and the comprehensive evaluation scale of green livability of villages and towns is derived,which lays a foundation for the comprehensive evaluation of green livability of villages and towns.Thirdly,the study identified 24 key influencing factors of green livability,and uses the exploratory factor analysis to refine all the factors for dimension reduction,the village green livability of six important factors,namely the level of economic development,planning and management efficiency,resources and environment conditions,the degree of social civilization,social service level and infrastructure support.Through the analysis of the formation mechanism of green livability of villages and towns,the correlation between influencing factors and evaluation index system is discussed in detail,so as to provide reference for subsequent related research.In order to explore the path to improve the green livability of villages and towns,the structural equation model was built based on the structural equation model method to explore the influence path of green livability of villages and towns,identify the key influence path of green livability of villages and towns,and analyze the key influence path.Finally,the study selects Jiandong Village in Jiangsu Province as the case for empirical research,which represents a typical village and town in Jiangsu Province.Through the empirical analysis further proves that the development of rural construction in Jiangsu Province have achieved good results,but there is still a large room to improve,combined with the empirical analysis result and the promotion path analysis conclusion,from improving planning and management level,improving infrastructure support,improving resource and environmental conditions,improving economic development level,improving social service level and improving social civilization level,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the green livability of villages and towns.
