Research On The Improvement Of Public Space Environmental Quality In Cultural Tourismoriented Villages And Towns From The Perspective Of Green And Livable

Under the rural revitalisation strategy,green and livable villages and towns oriented by industrial development have become the main goal of sustainable development of villages and towns.With the emergence of the cultural tourism industry,the transformation of traditional villages and towns in China has been injected with vitality.However,as the cultural tourism industry develops and the residents’ living needs increase,the original public space in villages and towns is challenged by a series of factors such as topography,architectural texture,and spatial form,which leads to problems such as a lack of space carrying capacity and deterioration of environmental quality and thus severely restricted the development of cultural tourism-oriented villages and towns.At present,few domestic research has focused on solving the environmental problems of public spaces in villages and towns from the perspective of green livability,and there are relatively few studies on the contradictions in the use of public spaces in cultural tourism-oriented villages and towns.Against this background,this study first reviews the history of cultural tourismoriented villages and towns,the characteristics and types of public spaces,and explores the influencing factors of the public space environmental quality of cultural tourismoriented villages and towns.Then the existing problems in the environment are analysed.Second,through the interpretation of green livability,the goal of improving the environmental quality of the public space of cultural tourism-oriented villages and towns is summarised.Based on the current situation of public space use and the characteristics of the population,some improvement principles are summarised.Meanwhile,some environmental quality improvement strategies are put forward in combination with the current situation.Finally,strategic empirical analysis and research are conducted using Tongli Town,Suzhou City as an example.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)After the development of cultural tourism industry,rural industrial structure and spatial pattern has been changed,mainly reflected in the villages and towns public space by the past simple functions,only the place for the local residents’ daily life use into bearing industry development,public transportation,residents and visitors activities more class public activity space,its characteristics and types become more complex.Due to the mismatch between the status quo of public space and the use needs of people,there are many problems in China’s cultural tourism villages and towns,such as the dramatic change of the physical form of public space,the conflict of the activity space of users and the great difference of the development level within the space.(2)The development goal of green and livable puts forward three requirements for the construction of cultural tourism villages and towns: creating comfortable and livable living space,providing convenient and complete tourism space and creating green and low-carbon industrial space.Under this requirement,improving the quality of the rural public space environment culture tourism,culture,the original true shall follow the overall coordination,residents and the principles of sustainable development,and in the space environment,industry forms,infrastructure,public transportation,development mode and education propaganda,etc was improved,in order to enhance its quality.(3)In the process of industrial development,the public space in Tongli Town of Suzhou has some problems,such as the uncoordinated style of production space and living space,the serious homogeneity of cultural tourism industry,the imperfect marking system of scenic spot and the living infrastructure of residents.In order to solve these problems in order to effectively improve the quality of public space environment,and should be from different aspects such as scenic spot planning and design of the node to regulation of space view,from the scale structure,spatial distribution and cultural characteristics,etc to the rectification of industry formats,from two aspects of service facilities for tourists and residents living facilities Pei Jian optimize infrastructure,Enhance the space vitality from the reasonable division of activity occasions,enhance the beneficial interaction of users and other aspects,and strengthen the education and publicity of space users.
